Let's get this one fact straight!!!! I have sarcoidosis. Sarcoidosis you do not have me and I will not surrender to your bullying of my body, mind and spirit.  Sarcoidosis you will never win me over and I will NOT succomb to your abuse on me. GET IT, GOT IT AND UNDERSTAND IT, I WILL FIGHT YOU UNTIL GOD CALLS ME HOME TO GLORY NOT YOU.

SARCOIDOSIS QUIET THUNDERSTORM

Unlike the meteorologists who often give accurate weather predictions of storms approaching your city. Sometimes the storm may come in the middle of the night while you were sleeping without you even hearing the rain showers and thunder claps but when you woke up in the morning you realized that your car is wet with rain drops and the tree branches and leaves were blown all over the yard.  Sarcoidosis is just like that quiet thunderstorm it can come and go without warning. At times it can attack your body with such fiery and rage and other time it kind be mild mannered.  Often sarcoidosis can be mistaken for flu like symptoms, severe bronchitis, walking pneumonia, but on a very rare occasion  sarcoidosis has been misdiagnose for Fibro myalgia, Muscular dystrophy, Lupus or other auto-immune diseases. Prayfully I hope this blog will provide more insight about this disease and comfort to those in need of help.

Angelic Hearts of Sarcoidosis Organization is support group for everyone who has Sarcoidosis, knows someone with it or lost somebody from it. I'm trying to spread the awareness about Sarcoidosis because it's not commonly talked about it's rare and misunderstood auto-immune disease that need more research and a cure for it. I think the characteristic of sarcoidosis is taken likely and it shouldn't be. Everyday is something new in dealing with Sarcoidosis that I've been experincing and want to share with others.
